  • Item was never received - was lost in post by DHL and I have had a nightmare trying to have my money refunded, as merchant says PayPal should pay, and PayPal says merchant should pay. As such, I'm left having paid nearly $70 for a case that never arrived. Really, really frustrating. “Unfortunately PayPal did not honour their seller/buyer policy, despite the fact both parties have met their policy requirement. but this is not the buyers problem and we are working to make sure she is not out of pocket - Gadgets boutique”

  • This so-called 'Indestructive' cable lasted just two weeks before it bagan fraying and the woven outer layer of the cable peeling off. This is with normal everyday use. ie, moving it to different locations a few times. It still functions but looks bad. Not very happy.

  • The case is fine. I’ve had them before. Nothing new. However the 2-5 days arrival time was actually about 2 weeks. Maybe slightly less. Also l, the “free shipping” resulted in me having to pay $6.45 at the post office because insufficient postage was paid by the supplier. So after all said and done it took a lot longer to arrive and I had to pay for the postage. I won’t be using these guys again, I’ll just go to the shop in town as I didn’t save any time or money. (Response from Gadgets Boutique) We promised to publish all genuine feedback and your concerns are heard. Unfortunately with Australia post, delivery from Sydney to WA takes a minimum of 5 business days (excluding weekends), from our experience this can take longer at times. With regards to the postage fee paid, the item was sent in a registered padded envelope, the amount paid is correct. However, if you've been charged incorrectly, we will gladly reimburse you for the cost with a valid a receipt. Sorry this transaction didn't work out.
